Let's celebrate Less Is More and their 200th Challenge

Oh dear, I am now experiencing Too Little Time to Get It All Done syndrome. It's started with making a card for Less Is More as the divas and all the members enjoy celebrating their 200 Challenge. I am just under the wire for my submission.  How time does fly. LIM is the first challenge where one of my entry's made top three. I will never forget my excitement when that morning, I opened the LIM email and saw my card and name. My dear hubby was bewildered, as I happy danced for hours. What an incredible mood I remained in all day. Well, I still get happy on Saturday morns, with a few groans now and then, even though I've never been chosen again. I'm still inspired by the submissions. Though I don't submit regularly, LIM is my go to CAS challenge blog.

So to celebrate, I'm submitting two cards and here they are. It's been cloudy in my neck of the woods, and I've had my best with editing. Please bear in mind I do not own Photoshop and wouldn't know what to do with it if I did.

The second card is my fave. Do you SU folk remember this stamp image? It's one from my very first year with them. I've passed many of my SU stamps on, but I had to keep this set. It's perfect for this card. The base is white and the banner is vellum stamped in Encore gold and embossed with embossing powder. The heart is a a long ago retired SU punch. I never get rid of SU punches. They're the best in terms of durability on the market.

My second card with a creme bases also uses stamping items from my past. the numbers are die cut using a Cuttlebug set of letters and numbers. I'm not sure why CB stopped making these sets. Yes, they were pricy, but very useful when you didn't want to use stamps. The "yay" sentiment is from a set of die cuts by SU.

Go play with the divas whenever you need to get your mojo up and running.
